  Absolutely piss weak effort.
  I made my order of two simple whopper jnrs, while I was waiting I watched 4 other customers who ordered full meals and received them before my simple 2 burger order (not in a meal)
  I was waiting for a total of 22 minutes before I decided they can keep the $5 and I will never be taking my business there again. Poorly trained staff who do not follow the simple steps is what ruined it for me there.

  Too many problems with this store. After visiting Bribie Island we went through the drive-thru only to be left waiting till I was saying hello hello in the speaker. Then was told the cashier till was broken and that patrons needed to go inside. I suggested that they close the drive thru rather than have the continual line of cars coming in before and behind us or just use a front counter till. No answer. Left waiting. After a couple of minutes my brother went inside and the line was long. Then I checked drive thru and they were serving people. Waited 20min for my brother to return. Won't go there again
